Dear friends of the midnight sun,

 
the time has come.

We are going to open the Holiday Sommersel Resort for the coming season on the 15th of May.

We are curious: Who will catch the biggest codfish or halibut this year?

Wo will catch the most beautiful picture this year?

A lot of exciting questions...

 
For all who are interested in Knut Hamsun:

Hamsun Center interior opens to public viewing on 13th of June 2010.
 
The Hamsun days 2010 take place between the 31st of July and the 8th of August.

 
1899 Polarclub:

We are very proud that the 1899 Polarclub calls Sommersel home. On weekends when the German soccerleague is active, we have people watching TV in the restaurant; not only Hoffenheim supporters also Norwegian friends watch exiting matches in relaxed atmosphere.

On the weekend of the 21st of August we have a big biker meeting on the site of Sommesel.
