In late autumn when the herring return to the vestfjords they are followed by the hungry orcas.
Fortunately you can see the orcas in the Sommersel bay. In summer you can book a whale safari in Vesteralen. This and the unique light conditions sets the scene or an unforgetable wildlife experience.
